بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ (ثَلاَثًا)، أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ (سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ)

(La main sur l'endroit douloureux, trois fois) Au nom d'Allah. (Sept fois) Je cherche refuge auprès d'Allah et de Sa puissance contre le mal de ce que je ressens et de ce que je crains.
